About the role
This is a newly created senior leadership role at a defining point for Chubb Life New Zealand. We’re building the capability, scale and discipline required to become the number one life insurer in the market, and this role sits right at the centre of that ambition.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the Customer and Partner Enablement strategy
- Build, lead and develop high-performing insurance teams
- Drive operational excellence across customer and adviser channels
- Partner with senior leaders, distribution and adviser stakeholders
- Use customer feedback, regulatory insights and performance data to track outcomes
Requirements
- Significant senior leadership experience within life insurance or closely related insurance environments
- Strong understanding of adviser-led distribution models and customer service operations in regulated settings
- Proven ability to build and mature enablement, service or operational functions at scale
- Demonstrated success balancing customer outcomes, compliance, risk and commercial performance
- Highly credible communicator with experience influencing executives, advisers and cross-functional teams
